The Shell Pedas RSA station, scheduled for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in March 2026, is being developed to achieve a GBI Gold Green Building Rating. Designed to meet stringent sustainability benchmarks, the facility will incorporate energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, and sustainable construction materials, fully aligning with EVCC™ Pedas RSA’s Platinum Rated GreenRE masterplan and setting a new standard for environmentally responsible roadside infrastructure in Malaysia.
EVCC™ Pedas RSA will set a new benchmark for roadside development in Malaysia, blending a mall-like retail experience with world-class mobility infrastructure. With dual access from the PLUS Expressway and the local road network, it is strategically positioned between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to serve both transit and local demand.
