Pedas RSA (Rest-Service-Area) is set to become Malaysia's first privately-operated Rest Service Area facility, having received Principal Approval from the Malaysian Highway Authority (Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia - LLM). Located at KM241 (SouthBound) of PLUS North-South Expressway, it boasts direct ingress and egress, ensuring easy access for travelers.
Situated just 84 KM south of Kuala Lumpur, Pedas RSA is positioned along one of the busiest and most vital highway corridors connecting Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. This iconic development will be the EV Charging Hub developed by Levn Capital on this high-traffic route.
Pedas RSA is designed to be a future-proof rest area, catering specifically to the growing demand for mass electric vehicle (EV) charging. It will be the flagship development of the EVCC™ (Electric Vehicle Charging Corridor), equipped with 350kW high-power chargers, ensuring optimized charging speeds for EV drivers.
