Construction works are progressing steadily toward completion. Below is the latest site status as of June 2025:

Main Building

• Ground floor and first floor structures have been virtually completed, pending final access works

• The mezzanine level above the first floor has reached approximately 50% completion

• Current activities include:

  • Casing of reinforced concrete columns

  • Prop preparation for the casting of the roof-level RC water gutter

Shell Petrol Station Zone

• Installation of all four underground fuel storage tanks has been successfully completed

• Ongoing works include the construction of ground beams for the main retail and fueling structure
